Discipleship Philosophy

Our discipleship philosophy can be summed up in three statements:

  1. Love God.
  2. Love Each Other.
  3. Serve the World.

Love God.

There is only one God, and the ONLY way anyone can have a relationship with God is through Jesus Christ.  The first and most important step you can take is to place your faith and trust in Jesus the Christ as Lord and Savior. This is the beginning of your journey as a true disciple of Jesus Christ.

We show our love for God in two primary ways:

  1. Worship
  2. Obedience

Sunday Morning Worship: This is our opportunity to gather together as a church family and focus our hearts and minds on loving God, praising and worshiping Him through Biblical preaching and corporate song and prayer.

Love Each Other.

Small Groups: Sunday School, Sunday-evening Fellowship, Thursday Evening Bible Study are all opportunities to encourage, minister and care for one another in a small group setting.

Serve the World.

Ministry: As Christians, we are to have a deep concern for the people around us, sharing the life-changing gospel message of Jesus, and using our gifts and talents to reach out in practical ways to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of others.
